...oy here and chill. No body asking here what are you doing and what is your plan. Salary is on time. Mr. Mahendra Gagan is working as a Project manager, He is very co operative and Good Person.

There is not any company culture. Some arrogent Sr. Engineer who call themselves to equivalent to PM but they even don't know how to talk some one. Politics and corruption is much more here.

Pathetic work culture in some teams especially in the HR Team due to lack of leadership qualities in the AVP of HR Ms. Geeta Menon. Abusive and toxic management of employees with no scope for growth and nothing new to learn. Hire and fire culture which is visible to the management but no action is taken against it. I hope the company realises that they are losing out on good employees because of some bad ones being ignored for their actions. This is not how a company should function where toxic behaviour is repeatedly ignored.

...he got promoted to assistant manager payroll. he doesn't know how payroll works. he will deduct your salary for no reason & says sorry will add in next month. Salaries are not on time because of funds & shishir, he never prepares payroll on time & makes a lot of mistakes. HR team will never provide an Experience letter, I have seen so many experience letters kept in one box instead of giving it to employees. Both Shishir & Geeta spy on Chairman, MD, & VP & Directors. Recently I came to know that one of the female employees filed a complaint of physical (*exual) harassment against one of their AVP who is 12th Pass. This place is not safe for women. appraisal never happens to regular employees, it happens majorly for women who give favour to HOD. True incident in front of me, a beautiful girl joined with ctc of 3.5 lakh, three years back but now her CTC is 18,00,000 lakh, she directly works with VP & she has a good relationship with geeta menon. Hubtown all projects are delayed. Employees never work more than 6 months because of toxic work culture & hire & fire policy.

...ry of Bosses and good people who have knowledge they are at the lowest position. Salary is extremely delayed upto 4-5 Months. Total Politics, People will delegate you and reap all the fame of your work.

...d to work until One 'O' clock at night. Where my duty is 10:30 A.M to 07:00 P.M., I at the executive level but bosses giving me a manager level work, where my salary is only 17000/- and manager has 100000/- more salary, how can they expect from me. Nonsense work and no process is in order. After joined, I noticed that 3 manager resigned in two months because of a lot of tochering from boss. I work here because I need some money and my financial condition is not good, but they are taking adbvantage of my silence and my need I have had a very bad experience in hubtown (25 South.).
