Work exposure w.r.t. NCLT matters, restructuring activities.

Dislikes

Qualified Company Secretary & aspirants will not get much exposure here, Salary payment not at the time, too much office politics, favoritism, reporting to 2-3 people at a time, No proper delegation of duties, No professionalism, Management paid me a 25% salary stating it is a full and final settlement and laid off after salary payment + no communication of confirmation even after completing 6 months of probation. Basically, it's a family-run business with a face of extreme professionalism but their work style and work distribution you will experience is complete opposite.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
