The HR policies. Though company is trying to approach new age work culture by hiring young CEO and VPs but the HRs are still stuck in the year 1944 and the policies reflect it. Extreme toxic and so outdated.

The perks of building a network and getting employee benefits such as health insurance and discounts for the brand services

The work culture is pathetic, favouritism is at its peek, nobody has a sense how to talk, and some male employees give you weird looks as well

The feeling of working at my position and in this company gives me a great relief because as i came forward in my career, the growth thay i got was more clear and the path for success was seen clearly for me through my mentors and colleagues. Company came as a blessing during the pandemic times and gave support to their employees in every possible manner whether it'd be financial or other aspects of emergency this company always stood firmly with their employees no matter what. The atmosphere and working culture of this organisation comes through the employees who are hard working, always maintain the decorum of working culture and the most important thing which no other company understands is the social, personal and work life balance which this company supports whole heartedly.

Every company or organization have their pros and cons and being faithful to my company i dont thing its good not to disclose anything that i dislike because elders have said " the one who feeds you will scold you but that doesnt mean they hate or envy you".
