Extreme late of Salary 45-60 days cycle & same as convence . No DA . Working atmosphere horrible. Company & old employees are spoiling this old brand. No good marketing strategy. Only focusing on sale but very very less marketing activities. Old distributors & even old client have very very negative impression & they are literally spreading negativity in the market & which ulmimately affect the brand name.
Work stress in low. Products are good and approved in government departments.
Dislikes
No vision. High level of politics on higher management level. There is no fix date of salary and expenses. Highly incompetent staff. No medical insurance. Employees have not received their variable pay, LTA and Medical for the last two years.
Mr.gautam seth & rishi seth spend too much funding on the company but all time hired person lethargic people not working and giving his efforts to improve the firm.

And i feel too bad for the company & owner with respect.

3 salary get late minimum 50 maximum 60 days .
4Account department Mr Ashish Chauhan very poor guy .
0 old party destroy with miscommunicate and not provide service proper.
5. Old managers work like a government chair .working for salary only not think about to grow this company .
6.replacement pending since 4 to 5 years back not sorted till now .if you have work on this then no budy take interest on party .
7................Hr of other company please noted .........if any budy found of hpl group only hired minimum experience person in this company .just example 6 to 10 months only .Don't take interest if he completed 1 year or by extra time in hpl reason behind your company also get down if you hired of hpl person useless team .
Company has fund but not using his name or brand to grow .

1.Salary mostly time you received around 45 to 55 days .
2. Market replacement issues pending till now that's why market not giving response .
3. Management not working sharply and love to sit in office .
4 . Individual sales manager or person can't change company system .
5 .in Haryana mostly dealers know about the lethargic system that's why not accepting company products.
6. Ta- da not received proper manner company provides in CTC well but ta da issues creating more .
Good team, good product portfolio, good growth opportunities
Dislikes
Plant level management very bad. Salary delay by 2 months, very bad working culture, no training long working hours. Poor culture, poor work environment, no job security.
