Experience in HPI is wonderful, you can find friendly culture in any process within HPI at the same time the organization will give us the scope to grow in process wise.

Salary and hike is not as we expected.

company is very nice chilled place to work. no tensions for leaves. great colleagues good work culture.

Dislikes

support staff cannot get badged (HP Payroll). without moving up the position there is no way you would get a salary hike, the best part is if you are CW employee you don't get promotion, so please dont expect salary hike even its its 4-5 years in the company. even after working more than badge employees, Badged employees gets a huge bonus and we get nothing not even a work from home subsidy. nor the recognition for RTAA's. Managers wants RTAA's to take the responsibility as they do but does wants to pay more. worst life being here as a RTAA.

The annual feedback was not anonymous , I was laid off … initially I thought it was org structure , later I came to know thru my peer as the reporting leader opened up to the manager that, Since they have negative feedback they put our name in the list of people to be removed

Medical Insurance policy is good.

Dislikes

Politics is the main thing at HPI Bangalore. The managers and tech leads only do politics, they show your work as the work done by them, hence stopping the talented ones from moving up the corporate ladder. No work life balance in some projects, expected to work in India, US and EMEA timezones everyday. Promotions and retention bonuses are only given to Yes-Men people, as there is a will to keep the majority as Yes Men.

Likes

Nothing. People are extremely judgemental and have their own group of friends. They don’t welcome newcomers and only side with their old friends. They speak in regional language and bond with only people from their caste.

Dislikes

Everything. The management sucks. The director has his minions and is very favourable towards women only. He has hired and promoted a few people only to give him the gossips and keep him updated about what people think of him.
