Not many positive things to say. As an itern there is no pressure to work overtime.

You will be paid an iterns salary but will be asked to work as a full fledged employee. There is no future for you once you've completed your internship. Good for short term experience.

My experience working at Hospitality Minds was disappointing. The company culture is extremely poor, with a lack of knowledge and professionalism across various departments. There is noticeable bias in decision-making, which creates an unfair work environment. One of the most challenging aspects was dealing with the Digital Marketing head, who displayed unprofessional behavior and lacked leadership skills. This made it difficult to grow and succeed in the role. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and growth-oriented workplace.
