Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I chose pharmacy because of stability and because of my family history; my grandpops was a pharmacist. I enjoy it a lot, sure there are down times and the occasional angry customer but it's far less worse than other professions.

It is really good experience to work as a pharamcist to counciling people with proper guidance of medicine and their use its really strategic work to handled patient with software as well medicine at a time .. pharamcist play a major in medical department.so being a pharamcist is grateful experience for me

Jayesh Kothari isWorst owner I ever came across. He doesn't know how to talk with staff specially in presence of females. He may humiliate any one at his sweet will. Don't join him. Better do a porter or hawker job.
