I started my career in mortgage. It helps me to improve my communication skills. Each day from the beginning and till end I learned many things. This job is very secured. I learnt working in under pressure. The Company management is good. Strict rules. Mandatory work. Achieving daily target. All are improves my skills.

Very strict rules. Extra work in weekends. Sometimes they provide mandatory work in Saturday, Sunday. Full on work pressure. No leaves for Indian festivals. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues
