There is no such thing i can say I liked about company, No job security, even managers are not supportive.

Dislikes

Work culture, no timings for your job hours even if ur manager calls u at 3AM you have to wake up and need to do the job, treat u like a servant horrible persons, you need to work for 24/7.

Free to work as per your will , no one checking you Nobody have idea of quantum of work

No proper data base Wrong data sharer gets promoted. People are forced to terminate rest leave due to growing pressure , each day you have new team and growing pressure. Manager ask zero issue with 100%solution from subordinate and always have single statement that "you are owner of the process lead it your own way" Zero poka yoke activities. Dependency on database model built in year 2012

RCA is Asked by managers But no improvement is done to rectify error , No processs improvement is done. Worst User interface with no data is built and handed and forced to work on same which increases work load each day.All Data capturing process are manual in nature and in 8 years of company it has NO bulitup SOP till date.
