Appraisal Also they are trying for get all manpower from out sources only. Old people’s are only working with Honeywell on roll. No any kind of befits they are providing for 3 party resources also

Dislikes

Layoff during covid times. Appraisal are not always based on your performance. You need to ask for it else you'll be neglected. Process oriented and so any decision takes ages to get finalized or approved.
