As Honda is a renowned company, you get to know how Honda works. Lot of knowledge through training of Honda premium motorcycles. Know about premium vehicle procedures on sales and service.

Dislikes

Dealership doesn't follow Honda procedures. No work life balance. Timings are 9-7.30 sometimes 8. Sunday is not off. Unnecessary process, procedures and reports. Lot of politics in the upper management which I think the owner is not aware of. Designation doesn't match the job that we do. Targets are double of market survey. Workforce is less due to attrition. Humble Suggestion Just because one process works in one type, doesn't mean it works everytime everywhere. I would not suggest this company for people who want to grow until management changes.

They asked me to leave on a 15 Days notice, due to their cost cutting plan. Never had an experience like this before in my life. Felt worthless at that point of time.
