Company is good no doubt, Salary and. Benefits is good Upper management is good they all are very supportive.

but the mid management is worst, reporting L1 ASE are good for nothing, without seeing leadership role they have got promoted. Even does not know the single things and always remove frustration on the low level employees and use the advantage of their position, due to this reason many employees are leaving, next is me.

Hi sir/mam I’m not Resigned. ASM sir forcing me to resign. He was keep on forcing to resign. The team not in reality In targets also. In AP the business plan was 1cr + but in reality there’s no way. In Visakhapatnam One SO is there hi was manipulating sales and secondary. Total he was doing fake.

...Visakhapatnam D. Eswar Kuram SO. He manipulates so many things in Visakhapatnam. He claims salary, expense, and collecting money from distributors also approximately 90k per month. How it’s possible???? Monthly expense without outstations he claims more than 25k. And salary 44k, and taking money from distributors minimum 15k each neelam Agencies and sri ram Chand enterprises. Distributors money claims on secondary claims through from the company.and he stolen stock from Adhilaxmi agencies 3L and that Adhilaxmi agencies distributors Thrinadh garu 20L rupees loss because of D. Eswar Kumar even that distributors ready give a police complaint against him.

The DGM of Customer service thinks that he's the owner of this organization and always threat about job security. From day one he's playing with office funds and people jobs just for on thing. TO SAVE HIS ONW JOB, as he knows he won't be able to survive some where else because he's totally depended on managers for his work. HE'S JUST PLAYING POLITICS TO SAVE HIS JOB AND MAKING MONEY.

Stupid organization with bunch of stupid parties. Old employees only gets prefential treatments. New employees are just cogs. Totally corrupt situation.

Organisation needs to mature up. Treat their employees with respect. You should accept that every employee can't butter their bosses. Currently sales not picking up and if it doesn't it's destined for failure. (Honasa is more like: Yehi Honatha) Mean minded peoples work here. DO NOT JOIN.
