There is a good work-life balance. On weekends/holidays, you don't have to attend to clients There is a good salary structure and the incentive targets are achievable You can work independently and in your own time as long as the job is done. There is no micromanaging All necessary facilities like software and PCs are provided Management is friendly and approachable. They listen to the employees from time to time The company has a great management hierarchy system even if the roles change often The company is focused on tremendous amount of growth and are good at achieving them

Dislikes

There are no flexible timelines, work from homes or compensation working days etc Incentive structures keep changing and are not paid on time The company is not at all generous in granting even the basic holidays. You might feel a bit 'tied to the chair all day' if you don't love what you to do or are focused on it because the company is strict with the 9 hours of work time you put in everyday

Amazing company with good environment and got a very good friends and management is always there to support

Dislikes

Salary date got changed and lunch hour became from 1hrs to half n hour and incentives is too late

Manager is super easy to work with and helps a lot . Work culture could be improved as designers voice is sometimes overlooked. Wished we had more say to it.

Dislikes

Wish we had at least half Monday as holiday as we contribute so much to company however having off especially on a Tuesday can turn to be lonely. Wish they could do some flexibility .

Overall a good firm to work with .the manager is excellent very supportive ,knowledgeable and leads the team. The QC team is also strong ,ensuring quality work with great attention to details.

Dislikes

The signing up process for the designers could be more structured as not everyone gets a chance
