Compensation is one of the main reason why employees should prefer Homeward/Ocwen. The rest of the aspects aren't that great as if now as the company is going through a tough time. The attritition for this year is more than 2000 employees and if the same continues in 2018 the company and its employees will have a tough time.

Dislikes

You can expect a lot of unfriendly HR policies, politics and to top it up no job security. The company is struggling with the regulatory audits and keep hiring and firing employees. There's no forecasting done by the recruitment team and all departments works in silos.

Likes

...od company for those who newly started carrier and for just graduate students. Lots of work pressure with low salaries. No growth for old staff. Company prefer to hire high designation/management team from outside.

Dislikes

In homeward the people who don’t know work they always wanted to play politics. No job security. HR is one of the most worst department in homeward. Good for data employees who are doing day shift.

Frequent firings - The CEO and the top leadership will communicate that everything is well, the company is growing, but then suddenly they would fire folks stating all is not well. Also, the way they fire people is terrible. They not give the folks an opportunity to say goodbye.

US colleagues and their work culture, cooperative and supportive.

Dislikes

Work process is similar like sales and there are no training session arranged for indian employee and team leader is not supportive and understanding.

Currently, there is a 100% WFH culture. Leaders & Sr leaders are very supportive, cool & calm.

Dislikes

They don't have much work in case of IT. Team is very short & Departments are lagre. Department wise responsibilities are very less & limited, which creates lack or work & credibility.
