Worst management, no salaries on time they credit the next month of 25th, no leaves will be given, if you any emergency you have to intimate them before 1days, if your taking leave in emergency without information they will deduct the 2 days salary, Saturday & Sunday working, and also on festival working day, And most important, every 30 minutes you have to keep bio metric thumb if failed to keep thumb they will deduct 500 for each thumb.. and they charge salary processing fee 2%, Especially for doctors you better keep your clinic, if you join here Management will treat you like a slave..

Patient data is good if you are fresher and interested in clinical field

...o leaves even on Sunday and excepts 4 weekoffs every month no other sick leaves. Leave means loss of pay you have to work 365 days without any break 10 hours

Should work even on weekends. Double salary deductions if we take leave on weekends. Very strict timings. Salary will be deducted if we take permission and go out for few minutes also. Target based work. Lot of pressure at the end of the month ends. No proper salary hikes. Not at all suitable for married women with small kids.

If we work with out taking one week off in a month we will get basic incentives and for festivals we have to work only half day

...t finish there monthly targets he will treat employees very bad in pathetic way. They don't allow to take pictures and they don't give salary pay slips to employees to there hand. They always keep employees salary on hold in interview they don't even say about company rules and regulations once employee floor up after training they will start slowly showing there evil side. Mainly in lockdown they made employees work like there slaveries. Employees salaries will be always credited so late for ex:- January month salary will be credited in month of february 14th and it depends upon there mood. If employees don't cum in between from Feb 1st to 14th hr will check employees attendance and they will keep salary on hold.

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues., Salary delay, no appraisal for more than 4yrs(before covid),
