Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Work culture is decent, diversified experience. Teammates are supportive. Spacious canteen and the ambience is overall refreshing.

There is a little drop of politics among the faculty. Salary is decent. But the lessons could involve more activity based teaching.

School staff is good I was appointed as subject teacher in high school I get a chance for teaching in my specialized subject , marathi. I had a good experience in that school. I learn many things during teaching. I give hundred percent result all the year. I cannot forget school experience and teacher staff.
