So observe and learn. 3. The work will not be as stressful. 4. You'll have room to bring new ideas to the table, even execute it. 5. The directors are always open to hear you, and always available to reach. 6. There are NO OFFICE DRAMA. Particularly at the management level. Also, there'll be no pretentious "fun events" to make you think you're having fun. You can work in peace. 7. Work ends at 6 (sharp, there'll be no requests or commands to extend a minute longer.) 8. It's a great place if you're in the early years of your career and just want to do your job while learning a great deal. 9. You get sensible feedback on your work biweekly. There's value in every conversation if you're listening. 10. There are no communication gaps. You won't be working in the dark thinking what to do. You'll be a better skilled and more capable person in a year's period. That's for sure.

...u want to go to the bank or any other places that are also closed on Sundays. Salary will be enough to make ends meet. But that's all. If salary is your only motivator, this might not be best the place for you.
