The salary structure is very bad, there is no Overtime payment for deo & Supervisor level man power. There is no yearly increment in salary. & Though this company doesn't payment overtime , one have to work in overtime.

Some managers and colleagues are very rude and working hours are not fixed also the salary delayed every month

While working with Rupesh Sir/Pradeep Sir I have learn many thing which I don't know about. They support me on the task which were difficult for me to done. They give the feedback where should I work to improve my self. They give the random task related work to improve my knowledge about the process. They share their experience with me to help me on understanding the work properly.

Management team of holisol company is poor management because too late for getting money/salary. All people are working anywhere for salary so holisol management team cannot understand their situation. Burst management
