Company implemented lot of self development training, invited motivational speakers to motivate employees and also invited trained Physchologist to help employees to come out of depression cause due to Lockdown. Also implement an helpline for councelling the Employees and their families.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good for existing employees. Standard Increment for all including performer and nonperformers and getting a promotion is like you go for a treasure hunt. You can't understand who, how, when, why, what stops your promotion.

Worst Management, The managers are the ones, who's gonna break you hard, Rude HR and ever changing policies, U'll never have career growth in such organisation. Forget work life balance, the morning shift is the worst one, they make you start at 6 am and make you work till 5/6 pm. Also, the probation period is 6 months, they do fire employees in 6 months period. It's a 7 days job with comp off but leaves will be rejected by your managers.

There is lack of growth, as well as the work ethics of tower heads and managers is poor. Everything is burdened over to working staff. There is no transparency over the performance appraisals and increments.

Team is good and supportive. Company policy for employees is caring and best.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less as compared to industry and also growth is low. HR policy are very unstable and change overnight including increasing notice period, non payment of perks which was agreed at the time of job offer.
