There is lack of growth, as well as the work ethics of tower heads and managers is poor. Everything is burdened over to working staff. There is no transparency over the performance appraisals and increments.

Team is good and supportive. Company policy for employees is caring and best.

Compensation is very less as compared to industry and also growth is low. HR policy are very unstable and change overnight including increasing notice period, non payment of perks which was agreed at the time of job offer.

Salary . It's good for people who stay nearby Airoli. Not for suburbs.

When I joined I was loaded with work since day one...I was been informed I'll get morning shift but they gave me graveyard shift which was not acceptable...plus I did over time working and never got any OT pay for tht.

HR policy- they change their policies as per their requirements. Not care about Employees and their worklife. Management suddenly changes notice period from 2 months to 3 months without without giving any hint to Employees, because many Employees resigned from their job in frustration. One day management sent one mail in which mentioned from tomorrow your notice period will be 3 months. Thats it thay not even consider even one Employee. And after questioning HR regarding this, they answered this is for Employees benefits. But what benefits they not confirmed. Even their is no buyback policy, you have to serve 3 months notice period anyhow. Worklife- work starts in morning 9 am but closing time is not sure. It maybe 9, 10 or 11 pm or sometimes night 2-3 am also. If their is urgency, they can arranged meeting at 10pm also. If anyone wants to join this company (specially in Indian accounting) then you have to forgot your social life. Because work is never ending after some day you gets frustrated. Motivation- even you work 24*7 for this company you not gets any Motivation instead of that next day they demotivate saying you do nothing for this company. Growth- salary is decent but career growth is slow. Career opportunities is also very less, Actually it's all depends on manager's hand. No matter how good you are at your work it's all depends upon how's your bond with manager.

There is no friendly environment at all. Your managers always talk about work only . No support at all . .day by day your load will increase without reducing your earlier work load . . tremendous work pressure on daily basis . .
