My long posting at Hamad General Hospital has not just been a workplace to me, it has been a campus of tremendous learning, for both professional and personal ground. It ranged from handling day to day tasks and supervising staffs from multiple background and culture to tackling severe crisis faced by the hospital, the busiest and most complex hospital, only Level 1 Trauma of the State of Qatar. JCI Accreditations and HMC audits are somethings I eagerly prepared supported by my Manager and team alike. Expected to lead and follow, to guide and observe, to act and deliver, performing for a sustained period of time while meeting and exceeding client and employer expectations at Hamad General Hospital, one of the best health care institutions in the GCC, has been both gratifying and a professional privilege that shaped and sharpened me.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
