My long posting at Hamad General Hospital has not just been a workplace to me, it has been a campus of tremendous learning, for both professional and personal ground. It ranged from handling day to day tasks and supervising staffs from multiple background and culture to tackling severe crisis faced by the hospital, the busiest and most complex hospital, only Level 1 Trauma of the State of Qatar. Rigor and exigence are daily practiced as driven to be the best version of ourselves at literally all time. JCI Accreditations and HMC audits are somethings I eagerly prepared supported by my Manager and team alike. Expected to lead and follow, to guide and observe, to act and deliver, performing for a sustained period of time while meeting and exceeding client and employer expectations at Hamad General Hospital, one of the best health care institutions in the GCC, has been both gratifying and a professional privilege that shaped and sharpened me.
