...te thing. The training program helps new employee to get familiar with the work. The package it provides to the fresher is decent. The company organizes various sports, musical events etc. You find people from various parts of India here. I also like the re-hire policy of this company.

People at low level of hierarchy share the maximum work load whereas managers and asst managers enjoy lots of relaxation. Despite sharing maximum work load, they get very less increment. career growth and further opportunities are very less. After five years you find yourself restricted from growth. I work in the Aeronavigation Dept so it may not be true for other devision.

...cus on learning and developing new skills which has helped me grow in my career. Salary is decent and managers are accommodating regarding leaves. The scorecards are very transparent and rewarding. The company's work culture is good, and the engineering department is one of the best divisions to work in.

...reat. Moreover the company has a troubling pattern of firing employees at will . They demand rent less work without breaks or appreciation , offer low pay, and engage in personal attack. Job security? Non existent. Save yourself and stay away

Not a good company to start with your career. This company has lot of politics. Praneet bantia has poor quality in running this company.

As a working for more than 6 years continuously in a single firm, i can say that i learn many things in my professional carrier from my peers and seniors. The most exciting factor was i worked in multi-disciplinary teams and onsite work that is oversea country. Company culture is extraordinarily fine.

Promotions and salary benefits are low compared to hardwork and also other competitor companies.
