They do bad ploitics in appraisal.Whenever a employee get good appraisal but give low salary compare to other who got low appraisal.They do it like lotary.But it's suffer who are shown high performance. Work environment is not good, management always give very pressure.Work life balance is so so.Sometimes, they are not paid overtime work.

Good thing is ki agar aap manager ke favourite ho to matter nhi krta aap kitne junior ho aapko promotion krke TL bna denge. Sare rewards, recoginisation aapko milenge baki bhale hi koi kitna mehnat kare.

... analyst. there is no future here. you can't even switch. Instead join some mnc. Salary kam mile to bhi join kr lena qji bad me option hai badane ke. Yha nahi badate. Or stress to itna dete hai pucho mat. 15 ghante kam krwate hai. sunday bhi kam rehta hai.

No concept of Work-life balance. Mismanagement of work allocation. Delay in salary credit. Makes one to consider suicidal thoughts. Racism on peak. Gender discrimination. No concept of employees growth. Makes one to work round the clock on each day. No opportunity of growth. Highly toxic work environment. Promotion is given on the favouritism, talent, dedication, loyalty and work is not considered for appraisal. Performing any self skill development is highly humiliated.

...cus on learning and developing new skills which has helped me grow in my career. Salary is decent and managers are accommodating regarding leaves. The scorecards are very transparent and rewarding. The company's work culture is good, and the engineering department is one of the best divisions to work in.
