Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?
I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

When a person enter into industry after graduation. It's very difficult culture for anyone. He need some support and skill from that industry to grow in future if incase if he did not continue with same. This is missing from here.

THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES TRAINING ,DIFFERENT TYPES OF MACHINES, TO LEARN .I WAS ENGAGED IN ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN MAINT. , PRIVENTIV MAINTENANCE OF SPM MACHINES , CNC MACHINES.IN SPM MACHINES THERE ARE RELAY LOGIC OR PLC , LIMIT SWITCHES, PROXIMITY SWITCHES, SOLINOID VALVES , HYDRAULIC PUMP FOR AUTO CYCLE. P M OF L T PANEL, ACBs , CHANGE OVER SWITCHES , PM OF H T YARD .TO ATTEND DG SET . IN BONDING DEPARTMENT , THERE WARE PLC PROGAM FOR SPOT WELDING MACHINE. PRESS MACHINES ,POWDER COATING PLANT FOR BRAKE SHOUE AND BACK PLATE. ANADISING PLANT FOR ALLUMINIUM PARTS.

Though the production plant is in Jalgaon, PMO manage projects from Pune corporate office and this is the good thing to work here. Management is very good and supportive. Customer centric approach helps to minimise the escalations. A "Good Manager", last but not least the work freedom.
