this firm treats indian employees like garbage. The american team work fully remote but for indian there's not a single opportunity to work from home or hybrid. Job security is non-existent; they can fire you at any moment without no prior notice. Their panel interviews are a joke. you're shown the door without any discussion. And then there is this useless manager or head who handle a team in india his name is 'Vaibhav Kumar' a perfect example of clown, who just sits on the couch barking orders. He can't even help in your work at all, he's just a complete joke. Honestly, he's one of the soulless person that i've ever encountered. To sum it up, this company is below average. Only considering joining if they're offering you remote work or hybrid settings.

In terms of what i encountered there during my time that they offer a better compensation than any other recruitment firm. They refrain from engaging in negotiations.

Dislikes

The senior folks from the US running this company are just plain dumb. They can't even properly guide the recruiters. The so-called training sessions they conduct for newbies are total joke, utterly useless. And to top it off, those american employees get to work hassle-free, enjoying all the perks, working fully remote without even stepping into office once. They even sold their US office. But here in India, it's a different story altogether - no flexibility, no hybrid work options, no remote work privileges, and not even an ounce of recognition. I got fired just because I had an accident, no warning or nothing. They conduct panel interviews where 5-6 stupid people will take interview, but when it comes to firing, they don't even bother to ask for your side of the story. The US folks treat us indians like dirt, which is why we never get any perks. Take my ex-manager Vaibhav Kumar, for example - he's just dead weight, glued to his chair, barking orders. People like him either need shape up or ship out. Think long and hard before joining this firm even take 500 hours to think. It's not worth it.
