Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Self learning, multiple wok handing good learning experience. my staff colleague & my team is cooperative & supporting.

Dislikes

Work culture not good, employee benefits like salary, promotion, increment not good as compared to work. Top mangement is lack of knowledge, feedback system is open loop.
