My life's first job Experience at HCC, I have learning, gaining knowledge and good work experience in Mechanical. My Senior Officers and teammates are very good and supportive they thought me Maintenance of Equipments and Machines and my Responsibilities.

... good but Salary is poor and career growth is also slow which is disappoints me. I am working from 3 years but my salary didn't increase, I have requested many times for Salary Hike but the Management always ignore it.

There is nothing to like in this company except flexibility in duty hours.

Everything is under dislike viz. Delay salary system, work life balance, poor management, career growth. I am stongly suggest to job seekers that please don't join with this company if you are a jobless.

Package growth was very slow though I was giving my best and my manager was very happy With my work. Career growth does not depend upon your output. It depends on our contacts.

We are working very critical location in border and Climate atmosphere temperature -23 degree cel. complete the dam construction last year but bad condition we not getting salary timely tile time pending..
