I allways faced severe industrial unrest for higher wage settlement, arrear payment, enhancement of retirement age (during good times) and retrenchment , closure, claims etc (during worst times). Resolving diverse issues of 1500 odd employees (spread in West Bengal , Telengana and Uttar Pradesh) through discussion .

HCL Hospital catered to a vast population of Rupnarayanpur and beyond and so it was a very challenging job to run the Hospital smoothly on a daily basis. The good thing was that I had a free hand to exercise my controls over the administration of the Hospital.
