It was good learning experience during these periods of time 1998 to 2012, after that work culture is so. Your coworkers are cooperative.

Dislikes

Currently Work culture is not good, zero motivations, salary is not great it just so so, no flexibility of working hours presently, will have to put in more extra hours of work.

When I was intern in HA Ltd then I like there Staff in that they gave lots of knowledge in all department like in QA , QC(Micro, Chemistry, Pharmacology), IV, Tablet mfg depart., etc. as well as they polietly communicate with us and gave a chance to spoke. Actually Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd is Nice industry to gain knowledge as well as to build up communication skill.

There is nothing any part which I didn't like.

Being Govt. Organisation job security is very high. But could not compete to other pharma organisation, unit is lake of management and productive work culture is not observed.

Upto 2015 work culture as well as support by management to all persons who were posted at different location of India attached with Depot of states were getting full co operation. But after that management was not co operating at all , specifically for disbursement of dues and salaries of employees. Reason to that even after superannuation we peoples have not received our all pending dues till days.

Till today my all dues are still pending with management including my Gratuity .Which should be paid to me as soon as possible.

Golden past but dark future Yes ! I and my family is very proud to associate with HAL family. My father joined HAL during its inaugural year and served company for 36 years and due to helth problem opt 2 year early retirement against my appointment as Office Asst. In personal deptt. I served HAL for 20 years and opt VRS as Asst. Personal Officer at the age of 45. I born and brought up in HA Colony and had Schooling in HA School. The cultural atmosphere in our Colony was great it was Vividh Bharati culture. But unfoutunatly after 1991 globalisation hit advarsly to financial condition of company, now it is on the verge of closer or privatization ( Govt. Plan of disinvestment of loss making PSU). Most of present employees had applied for VRS and waiting to be released with all their dues painding. Dt. 03.02. 2020.
