There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow . on the job training is not given to new joinees

...ork. Employee are amazingly talented with a common goal of getting the job done. Pay and perks are good and management is highly cooperative. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Sometimes,the work load is very high and tasks become repetitive with time..There is no work life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd and it is hard to feel the impact of your contribution to such a huge company.

...sprite is very good .I had been to training abroad twice .job security is 100 %. salary is moderate. work environment is very nice. I had been to training abroad two times . There is no tension after working hours.

Lacks in marketing. Salary must be at par with global standard as aerospace professional are highly paid all across the globe.

The organisation is great.but which employee warking their through vendor company , vendor company not given proper salary according to work load.and not provided facilities likes HAL employees
