Discipline should be maintained. No of Unions are more, which hampers work culture. Good compensation. No timings for Senior executives. Every thing should be decided as per policies and no decision can be taken as independent.

Compensation is ok. But union intervention is too much even for small things. Growth is ok. Learning is too good. Job security is high

Mini Navratana company, but salary and perks payable to employees is not adequate.

Lacks in marketing. Salary must be at par with global standard as aerospace professional are highly paid all across the globe.
