Dislikes

In my 4 year tenure company never give a salary hike and even with all necessary approval for my relieving they deduct my salary of notice period and haven't give belanced leave amount.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Even though office space was small, experienced no restriction while working.

Dislikes

Treated so badly, even working in project suddenly told to resign immediately without notice period and even without compensation. Took a week to convince them that too sopved after by talking to business head.

I dislike because of bond system and in which there is no increment in salary and also we can't leave or resign our job through this bond period and there is a lot of politics .
