Here many dictatorship are going on , no one employee feel better but all are scared for removing his/her from job ,here only they survive or will stay whose polished to HR department person ,our nursing staff, cleaner , didn't much respect to Doctors but they scared from HR whatever they told all are fallows blindly, As a doctor we feel very bad culture going on here , i recommend don't joint Hindalco hospital if possible

There is no future in this company because working value is zero. They don't promote you and appreciate for your work .I found that high and low discrimination in this company. They don't care about your future
