New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Senior personnel are very friendly in nature. They don't hide anything as all the terms and conditions were mentioned by the HR before joining the company. They don't surprise you with any hidden charges. The HR clearly mentioned that I have to sign a bond of 8 pages, and she gave me adequate time to read the terms and conditions. I don't know why others are giving fake information. If you can't help anyone, then at least don't ruin it for them.

Dislikes

Yeah, the compensation is low, but enough for an entry-level role. If you work accordingly, as mentioned, then you'll be paid well, and if you make mishaps, then you'll face issues which in turn is also justified according to the point of view of the company.

i am from bihar engineering so please dont go for this company totaly farud company and spoil your life here first of all it take 20 k before joining that is enough money for middle class boy . uske baad aapko ye wrong side pe beje denge specialy mai bihar ke engineering or polytechnic wale se request hai is mai jaye ...bcz aisa mera 5 classmate ke sth hua .. i am from Jehanabad engineering college so pz dont go for this type of fraud company ..
