Believe me this is a good review for fresher of Jabalpur. The honest review for those who are willing to join as Intern/Fulltime. If you have relevant skills according to their requirement, then be ready to exploit yourself. There is only one/two fulltime employee and rest are interns. The fun fact is they only have only single project from 20 years. In short they are migrating their web app in new technology after 20 years and hence they are taking interns to complete the project. They had developed around 80 % of project through interns. I was also a part of this intern team. As they were unable to give fulltime offer to me, since I developed most of the part of project, So I asked for the internship certificate. The HR shamelessly denied to give me my certificate and told that your internship has been discontinued. Then I asked for pay slips for the month that I had worked. The HR again shamelessly denied. I felt that the company just cheated me. So guys I had done a big mistake by accepting their internship offer. So it's my duty to aware every fresher about this fake company and sudden change in HR and Director behavior after the project has been completed.

... and exploiting them by giving greed of the exposure and internship certificate. Feeling cheated as they denied to give internship certificate and salary slips after so much hard work and contribution in the project. Fresher/ Experienced please think 100 times if you are willing to accept any kind of offer from high tech infosystems, Jabalpur.

Hr Head pratiksha dubey is extremly egiostic. they treat people like resoure or unhunamly. if you want to serve notice period. she also misbehave with all employee. and terminate immidiately. please stay away this company and never trust specialy pratiksha dubey
