...eave company, Security cheque should not be collect by company for any employee. Many diduction in Salary structure. Especially bonus cut also and PF also cut by Company of Company share.

Hi tech company is based on construction field and here is 100% job security for employes. They are continues upgrading with market strategic requirements and help us to improve skill development. Company culture is very good

I have only one dislike for company that new recruit staff are always higher then old staff. I think this is my opinion that they will have to manage both side to balancing equal.

Hi-tech is a great company. The company has good facilities for staff. The company does any work by following safety rules. The company is safe for workers and staff at the company, there is a lot of new learning to be done at the company, and Hi-Tech is my second family.👍👍

Freshers can get the very good start up with getting their basics clear. Friendly environment. Most of the staff members are self motivated and helpful. Management committee even the top management is kind and Guides one well. Brings the best out of one. Routine trainings helps an employee to learn and grow.
