The Director is a true leader, he loves all employees like his child. Management team was good. Colleagues are very much supportive. if you can create a good relation with your HOD then everything is smooth for you. There are no dirty politics.

Salary is less than inustry rate, career growth is very slow.

Teammates little bit good, Company provide some training, No job security, no career growth, Any employee doesn't work 1year and above so 1year not complete you then no salary appraisal. Everything month salary date nothing fixed. No travel benefits. Huge politics in this company, Some marketing skils provide this company. 24 hrs work pressure.

Very wrost experience in my life, disgusting office and senior employees also, behaviour is like down to taxi drivers.no time limits on working hours, work pressurized in employees,do not provide salaries in dates, can't provide leaves ,my sister working on more than 1 year and she faced that problem and experience.
