Likes

Good work envirement and culter teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a not huge cafeteria and not gaming arcade for chilling compeny policies not good appraisals are fair and they give hariyana salery hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of palitics and the management doesent address our issues salery is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 month before which you cannot resing on the job training is given to new joiness

Hi, First of all i want to share my interview experience in HGS, they called for interview i went there someone in accounts taken my interview and only asked about expected salary, i told him to take 8 Laksh but he started to bargaining i refused to bargain, than he said ok we would let you know, after 10-15 days i got again a call from HR for final interview, i again went there this time my interview taken by Boss, but i surprised to see that boss again stated the bargaining, i did not see company like before, i refused i came to our company, i again got a call from this company after 10-15 days for joining, finally i joined this origination but it was so terrible to work here, i have left this company only after 1 month of my joining I request you peoples please dont join this origination

No job security, Management is very rude, everyone is boss behind the main boss and once boss come everyone become mouse, not a single thing there to like, plz dont go there otherwise you will spoiled you carrier, now it is up to you what will you decide.
