There is bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. And HR department is unprofessional and illiterate.

There is no work-life balance. You are always told to resign on every matter. You will be held accountable for company loss and only you will bear the consequences. There is no provision for leaves also.

Nothing, Yahan job karke kisi acchi company me interview dene layak nahi bachoge. Jab kahin na mile tab idhar aa jana hiring hamesha on rehti hai koi tikta hi nahi.
