Can feel proud to work for bajaj group company, Healthy work life balance, close smart team, creates opportunity for self guided onsite experience, Quick actions / high energy level within employees.

Dislikes

Employee point of view : No increments since 2019 - 21, No sales incentives & They dont set clear expectation from employee , Less Employee value, No reliable performance measuring system, Employees Daily activities not defined. Customers point of view : Less professionalism, less customer centric approach, Less service support.

I learned lot of things from Hercules Hoist Ltd. They gave me great opportunities to learn new things. GM sales and marketing was helpful and inspiring for doing good things.

Work culture in company is terrible. People don't have common goal.
