They will give training for ANSA and Hypermesh. They will give training to the freshers.

Dislikes

Minimum three years bond is mandatory for all the employees. If we need to break we need to pay 2lakhs. Work life balance is very poor,need to work min 10hrs daily. Need to come in weekend but no benefits/combo off. Politics are more between the teams, those who support management will get more hike. All the technical experts left the organisation. No friendly environment in the company. Office language is only Tamil, it’s very difficult for other people.
