Poor management,no policies for women, specially pregnant women.very poor work culture,even in COVID-19 wave duration no facilities for employees.

I worked in hem securities for almost 5 years .. but couldn't find any pros or any advantage for there employees My last year was 2019 in hem .. till that time there was lack of benefits like no health insurance . Cars loan facility. Valet parking for employees . No reimbursement either phone or broadband .. no creche for women's .. no other perks .. no quater or annual parties .. no place for games or any relaxing time given by employer Also majorly I found one common issue that they give good salary to those who is good in buttering. . And if someone like me who can't say to raise incentive ... management will not look on us I would request the management Nd M.D that look outside your building 🏢 .. there are many companies who take care of there employees I left organization just coz management ppl are egoistic . All Your best employees already left now

From top to bottom .. management decisions is the sole part. . hem is not good for there employees I left the organisation 3 years back nd i m happy where I am But as I see the recent situation You have lost all your golden PPL now your company is not under experienced hand You might pay them well but you have lost your good part I suggest not to join it's a golden trap if they are paying you well

Working in HEM SECURITIES LTD was like working with family. The colleagues and teammates are wonderful. Learned a lot, from an Executive to H.R the journey was very nice. Familiar environment makes easy to work there.

if you are talking about hem securities . i will truly say that there is no reason to stay here for a long time . from infranstructure to work satisfaction everything is poor .
