From my experience the culture of the Hellmann in not very professional. The senior persons are very arrogent and no one in favour of new process implementation. The work culture is matched with government job type.Some people are roam free in the office and some are overloaded with works.From my opinion no new joining will survive in that environment. All employees worked their has a minimum experience more than 6 years. And new comers are hardly last for 6 to 12 months.

FREQUENT CHANGES FOR REPORTING DUE MGMT CHANGES, JOB GUARANTY, KEEP FREQUENT CHANGES IN BUDGETING EVERY MONTH, SALARY & WORK LIFE BALANCE

The Management was proactive in rewarding talent. It encouraged team. It provided training opportunity to team.

Dislikes

...e on the Team. The India Management Team was high salaried with no contribution. Their salary burden were distributed across the Regions which exerted enormous pressure on the Team.

Its a good company ,provide good environment in this bad time , and supportive to our employes ,working culture is also very good and important thing is that our company have good fame in industry and its leading company

It was a better company before and things completely changed when a Keralite becomes CEO. Only Keralites ascends to all top position. At one the new new recruitments were 90% Keralite and for name sake other nationalities were recruited for in low position. All other talented and experience employees has to sit back and watch. Join this company if you are a native Keralite.
