...by customer on behalf of you for UNICEF (That means its a field/telecaller job). You can go for it if you're not only the earning member in your family because there is no fixed salary. That means if you don't fill any form for a week, your week earnings is zero. Totally commission based work. Very poor work-life balance.

Best place to kickstart your career, I had a great opportunity to work in this company and feeling blessed for it, Company culture, ethics, learning are on the top notch. Rohit is like a person whom you may met once in a lifetime and changes your whole life in a positive way

Fraud company!! Its a door to door sales job for which they are using such fancy words. Thet have 5 companies- heights inc, illuminati, viska, black matter. All deals in door to door sales job. Total time waste. They do not even consider your educational background. Why would a MBA graduate do this shit??

Excellent work environment & I am very happy working with them bcz I am improving my skills & corporate trainers are very supportive... Everyday learning something new & getting paid as well at the same time.

They will just utter motivational speech everyday specially owners like Rohit & Arun, they manipulate young people about being business minded, money oriented, dream big & makes you work like a dog for 12-14 hours. They hire young people because they know they can manipulate them by giving greed for money. Everything works on how many donation forms you fill, if you are not able to any form then you will get 0 even after spending for traveling & food of your own & working for 12-14 hours.
