Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Worst work environment and culture. Company policies are not fixed they change every month, appraisal are fair and they give equal salary to there experience employees and new employees and no bonus,

There is a lot of politics and no growth, In lockdown period they not giving salary to employees

I like that it is improving now. Not much of a support during covid. Making employees work at 27% salary (need to be physically present at office) since the beginning of covid and those working from home are getting a nominal amount of incentives only.
