MD and Directors are soft spoken.

Dislikes

...Mathur do harassment of employee's. Work time for marketing staff 9 AM to 7 PM If company have some work you have to stay upto 10 PM without any pay but if you have own work and come late by 1 hour it will diduct in your salary. Salary scal is 30000 for 15year experience employee. Starting salary for fresher is 8000 GM Mr. Mathur behave like employees are slave to him. No appraisal of good work. No any celebration.

In my job period I am learning so much. in that place lot of machinery then you learn more. Different type of Electrical Drives and you get knowledge about controlling and Power wiring and also power distribution substation.senior engineers provide good knowledge about every machine and any fault occurs then they give me chance first to attempt fault and solve it.
