A large section of subordinates are motivated for work.Only proper guidance from superiors in some areas are lacking.In house training facilities as well as training arrangement by hiring outside experts are in existence for new comers as well as for junior level.Since it is a govt company job is well secured unless the person concerned is convicted of involving any malafide activities.By virtue of promotion policy of the company and below the General Manager level the suitable person will be promoted in every four years and the suitability is judged by yearly confidential report prepared by the respective Departmental Head . .For marketing people and for Directors/CMD/senior officers official tours are arranged in most limited way and in very special and urgent cases. only on need basis. it is a fact that this is a good place for learning and self improvement The work environment will give opportunity for shouldering higher responsibilities and for acquiring knowledge in various fields for commanding over the job. which is rarely available in other organisations.As a result people tend to innovate the different mode of work which is more beneficial to the company with respect to cost cutting,speedy completion of work, shortest and simplification of work etc.
