Nothing is good about this company. The only good thing might be salary on time but that is not be mentioned specifically here as organizations are supposed to pay their employees on time.

Dislikes

Everything. You won't be treated like a good employee. Your hardwork will never gets appreciated, managers are the worst here. They don't know how to manage a bard minimum of 3 members team. Unnecessary pressure will be there and that's why retention is so poor here. People leave the organization within 6-8 months. There products are the worse and the sad part is they don't accept this and goes on finding the fault of the employees only. My piece of advice: don't join this organization, wait for a good offer from somewhere else

I like to share that Healthium Medtech Ltd is very good company for job security and compensation but not for career growth

Mainly dislike uper management did not understand field worker situation and given apprisiation for ther good work

Excellent place to work. belives in internal promotions excellent team.very good training modules.zero tolerance on politics.rapidly adapting new tecnology

Complete unprofessional and politics driven , lobbying work culture . All sales are fake base based on stock pushing at dealer level and no one ground real customer driven sales or approach

A great place to learn and develop oneself. Management is very friendly and approachable.

Dislikes

Some of the backend operations really hurt the day to day workings, which was really demotivating and demoralising.
