...e paid for only one month in a quarter, essentially working two months for free. Additionally, the targets for incentives are set unrealistically high, making it difficult for employees to earn their full salary. I am still owed 50,000 rupees, but my emails to the HR department have gone unanswered. This treatment is unacceptable, and it is disheartening to see hard-working employees being taken advantage of in this manner. I request the LinkedIn community to share this post to raise awareness about the unfair practices at HealthifyMe. No salary they pay 14000 to experienced employees and make them work for 12 hrs and post that no Saturday Sunday is off and they provide you salary 4 times in a year rest they will increase your targets so that they pay you less and incentives only which is just 14 k or even less than Han that.

poor work culture very poor management 100% will not recommend not to join. Unnecessary salary deduction noone even give you clarity on that you will fed up tried to reach them out very poor managerial skills and HR team is pathetic. Day by bay becoming Worst platform to work.No work ethics also.

He overworks his team and then underpay them, particularly when it comes to incentives/variable pay and forces female employees to work 12 hours a day and sometimes have forced his team to work in the nightshift for 9 hours just after a 12 hour dayshift.
